They swap the coins in the order they came in, so the first person who sent coins to the wallet got the swap first and so on. I sent my coins about three days ago and got the swap yesterday. So you should probably wait a day or so.

And to answer your question: No, you should not be worried for now, things like these can take time.

I just checked in the https://walletv1.renoscoin.com/ and the coins are in there and not in https://wallet.renoscoin.com/index.php any idea how long this takes (I know you said in the order received)?

Hi Dev, The web wallet is strange. I created an account and sent my tokens there.
After enabling the 2FA, i logged out and tried to log back in and the 2FA won't work. I can't log back into the wallet.The QR code i scanned into is not correct.
Any suggestions?

How do I now create a new account when it's logged in an no way to log out?

Click on the drop down box next to "Language" in the upper right corner. You can logout through there.

Ok, it's done. Why couldn't someone put big red text on that website saying we need to do that after we created the account? That would make it easier for us who are not technical.

Anyway it's done there are 2 accounts on the 2 urls with same username/password.

HOw long does this take and what next?

when you magically move this then i click send to the new windows wallet is that the next step?

The wallet cryptopia is on a different chain then our new wallet.

The coins need to be sent to a web wallet address at https://walletv1.renoscoin.com first.

You can use the same account details you used to create your account to login to https://wallet.renoscoin.com

When your coins have been swapped, you will find the exact same balance in this wallet of the new tokens.

Once you have a balance in the account @ https://wallet.renoscoin.com. Those tokens can be successfully withdrawn to the NEW wallet.

Hope that makes more sense!

Ok so basically transfer all my Renos coin on the walletv1 and leave them there. You guys will do the automatic swap once they are in that wallet v1. The coins will be frozen during swapping process and balance will show 0 while swap is going on. When we see the new balance we can then transfer all those coins to the new wallet. Is this correct? Thank you for all your help. Just want to be sure as I see a lot of potential in this project and want to make sure I don't loose all my coins.

OK, I put all the coins in the URL https://walletv1.renoscoin.com/ but I can't move them. So where will they show up now as new coins? I'm not clear on that step?

I think they will do it for their customers. And We will have new renos deposit address when the swap is finish.
But if you have an account on cryptopia and have renos there , you should wd all your renos before swap is begin.
