Hey Everyone,

 I have been in contact with cryptopia once it was discovered that the wallets were no longer accessible.  I am waiting to hear back from them.

 Initially, we contacted both exchanges prior to swap to let them know what was taking place.  Cryptopia informed us that due to a "policy" of theirs we would have to provide everyone 30 days to perform the swap.  That would provide them the 30 days they require to announce the delisting of the old RNS market, before listing the new RNS market.

We are roughly 2 weeks into the swap and it came to my attention that the RNS wallets were no longer accessible. I contacted cryptopia again for some answers and someone there offered to help swap the rest of the tokens on cryptopia with me to speed up relisting the new market.

 That was on June the 21st.  I am still awaiting another reply from a support representative at Cryptopia.  I have now messaged them again and submitted another support ticket.  The support representative I spoke with on the 21st confirmed the coins are safe, so don't panic.  Just give me some time to get a hold of them.  I am at their mercy when it comes to the actions of their exchange, so let's just give them some time.  If it means at the end of the day the market comes back online before that 30 days we were told we had to wait, then I have told them I am available anytime day or night to assist and finalize swapping all the RNS on cryptopia with them.

 If you do have coins on cryptopia, their goal is to swap them to new RNS with me in one shot.  So please be patient.  I too was/am concerned but I am trying to be patient with them as they are offering to go out of their way to help swap everyone at once.  I will keep you all posted.

 If you had your coins on coinexchange, they too were nice and did a swap of their entire holdings with me so user's did not have to worry about swapping.


And no, no blockchains are broken, investors are not in trouble.  We are merely patiently waiting for cryptopia to return our support emails.  Let's not panic.  If you have concerns come to slack.

I was able to access my wallet 12 hours ago on cryptopia and withdraw my coins. Anyone who has coins on there still should be able to access coins, there just isnt an active market anymore.

If you've tried to withdraw the coins but not been able to do so then you need to contact cryptopia and ask them if they are able to help you with that.
