What is librootcoin ?
like Tiny_Prism already said librootcoin is a library for
rpc-communication between any application and a root-instance.
It allows you to communicate with the wallet. It also the
comm-base for bitkey.
PS. youplab just released a new android-app for ROOT. It will pushed to the play-store shortly.

What is librootcoin ?
As far as I've understood librootcoin is a wrapper library to make rootcoin wallet be able to interact with other software.
For instance librootcoin is used to merge bitkey and rootcoin wallet.

I really hope bitkey would be ready tomorrow or a day after.
