Dev, please respond to why we are not receiving withdraws from c-cex.

if you have problems with Network/Sync:

1- make sure you have the latest Client ( v1.0.1.1 )

2- Backup wallet.dat located at ( AppData\Roaming\ )

3- delete roxcoin folder located at  ( AppData\Roaming\ )

4- start the Client and keep it to fully sync ( compare last block www.roxchain.info )

5- keep your Client opened (staking) at least for 10 hrs to help the network/blockchain moving.

I didn't get my payout> Why is that? Are you guys working on a fix?

I backed up the wallet.dat and did a fresh install, still the coins have not shown in wallet.I am on version v1.0.1.1-unk-beta, and this is the newest as far as I can tell.

They did - all ok. We have updated wallet already from github: version":"v1.0.1.1-unk-beta

I think you may be on the right fork. I just did a repair wallet and new blocks are being downloaded.

I confirm Our wallet shows this TxID as user withdraw. Can dev check why user can't see coins from it?

Why, the problem is obviously on c-cex side. There is no issues with my wallet.
