We have several complains about not shown deposits and problem with withdrawals.

ok i'm one of the ones that recent deposit didn't show i sent 6 first 2 showed other 4 didn't , and my wallet is on block 3492 like that user i'm on right chain i assume

I also haven't received my withdrawal of 30k rox from ccex.
The transaction occurred last night. Support told me to ignore the "error" and gave me a txid.. Though the coins have yet to appear in my wallet.

Is it normal that my coins are "vanishing" into stake ?
How long do they stay there ? Balance goes lower and lower...

they stay there till the minted blocks are confirmed

but why does my balance gets lower ? it would be nicer if the balance would stay still available while it is staking/minting..
cause its being held by the network too confirm your staking block.... See it that way... If the coins are confirmed... they will go back too your spendable balance + the minted block(s)
If you want too disable staking, you need too encrypt your wallet, and keep it locked... that way the coins cant go too "stake"
