In my opinion, since different countries are coming up with regulations and / or exchanges are asking for a lot of verification, the exchange that doesn't require much verification, will attract a lot more traders.
Since a lot of traders where excluded of the
Red Pulse ico, new exchange Kucoin could be a chance to still participate without a lot of restrictions (China, US for example). It has very good exchange rates for ETH and
BTC.The website feels smooth and intuitive.
It will become a big player opposed to Binance and Coss because it is using the same (but improved) strategy that shares profits on all the coins with the traders. It is not on coinmarketcap yet but when it will be, it will expand even faster

I like that there is no need for verification (ID, proof of address of payed bills) because I am fond of my privacy.The founders really want to appeal to a big audience. They are based in Hong Kong. I think that
RPX should be listed here. They already are listing some Chinese related coins like
NEO, GAS, WTC, HSHARE, Bytom, Blackholecoin and they will list VeChain in a couple of days.
Because they already list
NEO, it seems to me that they are definately eligible to be a platform for
RPX, or am I wrong?
