If you participate in the Red Pulse ICO form your NEON Wallet sending NEO, will the ICO Token be send and kept in the NEON Wallet, like for ERC20 ones on Ethereum? Or how does it work?

We'll be publishing more info on the ICO procedures as we get closer to the September 10 date, but we're planning to have max cap per investor and a few other mechanisms in place to prevent whales from eating up most of the ICO.
This is very nice to hear! I can't wait to hear more details about this ico, I'm ready to spend 50 NEO or more on it.

I learned from Reddit that RPX will be transferred to NEO wallet after ICO. It's better if the devs could publish some kind of tutorial, then the participants will be well prepared for the ICO.
For example, which kind of wallet that is accepted, all including NEON or just NEO-GUI. Etc.

You should have a look at the whitepaper then.
They will focus on building a research content platform covering China's economy and capital markets. The giant's economy somehow still very difficult to understand with outside world, even with the inside also. See the potential?
