On RIF, there's no direct benefit to staking, unless you're a service provider. As a service provider you'll probably need to stake RIF in order to offer services and the staking acts as a insurance mechanism of sorts. i do agree though that aside from exchange listings, there's a lot more to be done in the background. the project will not grow if the team will just focus in listings. right now, i think, kucoin/bitfinex and others are more than enough. binance or bittrex can wait. but actual development should be their priority to have meaningful value in the market.
