Mine do the same if you turn on coin control options and go to the send tab. Hit the inputs button and you will see your Rubies are staking from multiple addresses. So basically to get them to all stake at the same time is probably impossible but you can break them into chunks like 2000 rbies and make multiple address then send the chunks to them. This improves staking and keeps it more regular. So if you have 10k rubies make 5 new rbies addresses in your wallet and send 2k in each. They will need to mature again but after should stake smoothly.
