It is still under development so things can change from what can described here. But once we will launch our upgraded system we will make things clear in our terms and services.
In new upgraded system there are options for buyer to open a dispute if they get wrong product and even can get their money back. We basically work as sort of escrow in upgraded system.
This can prove difficult to implement. As you stated previously, you don't know the content of the uploaded data, so you can't check what the buyer received. You also can't know if the buyer is lying and got the correct product, but is lying about it to get a refund. Unless you can form your opinion based on a hash of the updated file or something. How would this new system of yours work?4. We will change our policy in next upgrade and we will be able to see content of files if a buyer opens a dispute about revived product. Current system is anonymous and we are bound to wait for buyer reports.
You still won't be able to see the content of password-protected or encrypted archives. What prevents you, theoretically, to report anything you want yourself (if that's a necessity) and get anything that is being sold for free? Yes we will require permissions of seller to open their uploaded products. If sellers don't want to let us see their products they can simply turn off dispute and reviews system on their products and use platform anonymous as they are using now. Buyers will be notified before buying products that do not have option to dispute or no review options.

Thank you for showing interest. Here are answers.
1. Yes there is no one to search and we do not intend to put search bar in future. Uploaders share their links with their audience by themselves. Keeping privacy in mind.
2. We have an upgrade ready and we did upgraded to it but due to some errors we rolled back. Update has profile system, reviews system, different products management, product edit functions, referral commission systems for each product and percentage of commissions is set by file uploader and a lot more.
3. Uploader cannot delete file if there is a purchase on going. System waits for all current transactions to be completed before deleting a product. In new upgraded system there are options for buyer to open a dispute if they get wrong product and even can get their money back. We basically work as sort of escrow in upgraded system.
4. People can upload bad stuff but buyers can report it through this thread. We cannot read files but can delete if someone reported it. We will change our policy in next upgrade and we will be able to see content of files if a buyer opens a dispute about revived product. Current system is anonymous and we are bound to wait for buyer reports. Even if you didn't buy it and saw someone selling you can still report link in this thread.
5. Minimum is currently 1 kb and max is around 100-200 mb depending on file type. We can change this according to requirements and system resources.
Next upgrade is good and bad in both ways. It is good because buyers get more protection and they can get their money back if they didn't get correct product. And even leave bad reviews if they get bad products.
You can say it kinda bad because if a buyers says product is bad we will have to check it before deciding who is telling truth. There is complete chat mechanism for buyers and sellers to talk and other stuff. But a seller can turn off reviews and dispute on their products and can still remain completely anonymous as they are now. Buyers will be informed that they cannot dispute for such products before they buy it.
We are currently working to make upgraded system more private and secure. Due to some bugs we rolled back this upgrade and we will hopefully launch it back soon.

The update is not released yet hopefully we will release it soon just taking some time for testing all features. We are going to add features like affiliate partners, more stats about products, dashboard for users with all their uploaded files and and edit option. And a lot more.
We are not planning to public all uploaded files like in an NFT marketplace. Each uploaded file is personal and seller must share their files links with their targeted audience.

Benefits of SegWit addresses include more resistance to input errors (as they are case insensitive and use error-correcting codes), and lower transaction fees. The fee saving will depend on the type of transaction but for a common transfer of funds it can be 30-40%. SegWit addresses start with bc1q and are case insensitive. These are latest and currently under adoption by market you can track adoption here

Your site has an interesting concept that I haven't seen before. The best thing is that you can use bitcoin to pay. I like that a lot and I think it's good that you also want to support the lightning network soon. Maybe you should consider supporting other coins like LTC or ETH. That might attract other customers who don't want to use BTC. Another suggestion I would make is to be provide an option to change the language of the website. There are still many people who have problems with english and feel more comfortable if the site can be set to their native language.

It is important for business to write all rules and terms. And then try their best to implement them. These terms are useful in legal processes. Some countries or network providers can ban our website because they think we sell products to minors. But once we have written it in our Terms of Services everyone knows we only offer our services to adults only. Also if we ever know someone is abiding by our rules then we can delete their products. For example if an underage Twitch streamer (less than 18 yo) puts SellDefi link to some magazine or game coupons for selling to their viewers then we can delete their product because we can find that streamer is not 18 years old.

I am not even able to preview what is contained in the files. How do I know that the seller is selling me what I actually want, or he's just selling some bunch of files that may not be of use to me, ending with me getting scammed?
You cannot know what's inside due to privacy. There is no need to sell an image if you can just view its preview. People can simply download it. So we cannot add a preview of files. That's why we have added below every product that you must trust sellers. If you buy from link and its a fake one at least you can leave a bad review on bitcointalk and on user profile. Similarly if you get file link from a YouTuber then you can complain on their videos or in their community groups.
