confirmed, this are our top tasks:

1 - we are completing the new version on the web site, we would like to be online ~~in 2-3 days~~ ASAP, we want to have a good communication
2 - as soon the new web site is ready, we will increase ten-fold the adwords campaign (step 1 and 2 go together)

3 - next week we will launch the first ecommerce site, using only MED; we are organizing the back office

4 - we are going to start a media campaign for MED in order to get MED stories on websites like Coindesk etc (this activity requires step 1 to be completed)

the "secret project" is the prototype here:

1 - check settings -> options

what is your pay transaction fees? we use usually 0.00100000 MED

2 - if a tx is stuck (because of a 0 fees), it should go through anyway, leave the wallet running until the transaction goes through

3 - else, run you wallet temporarily with the following options:

-connect=node1.mediterraneancoin.org -connect=node2.mediterraneancoin.org -connect=node3.mediterraneancoin.org -connect=node4.mediterraneancoin.org

in this way your wallet connects only to the four specified nodess
