Is no one else pitching to attend the new york bitcoin conference? This is the exposure we need to make this coin work. Media drives altcoins and we have the innovation but we dont have the exposure.

agreed

but man just look how many people from our community is active here vote etc. 7-8 no more.......  Sad

 from here

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5699406

this week must complete 1,2 and 3 points and next is media campaign for MED , also maybe some secret project  Cheesy

let see  Grin

about power of Media i think Coindesk is good place for exposure, and news from there grow very fast over the net
and if DEVs have success at point 4,  MED will go far from moon and will go to mars  Cheesy
because we have innovation as you say and our success is close, we need only little noise

DEVs give us  some good news, where we going to the moon or to the mars ?  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

also what's up with android wallet?

which type of the CPU can work fastest

no idea but here are my stats

3570k at 4ghz can handle about 30gh's of asic
4930k at 4ghz can handle about 60gh's of asic
   Can one CPU i7 4930 K (overclocked to 4.5-4.8 GHz) to process 2 x 60 GH / s?

I sent some MED from one wallet to another, and now it is showing up as 0 confirms in the source wallet. Normally I'd think that this was just a case of needing to rescan the source wallet and find out the coins have never been set.

However, the destination wallet is showing the coins as being received, but with 0 confirmations, so my available balance is 0. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

We certainly appreciate all the work but I am truly fearful we are doomed here. 1 person with 65% of the network hashrate is no good at all.

why you think 1 person has 65% ?

You would have a hard time trying to convince me the anonymous people on your pool are more then 1 person.

no, everyone can tag a checkbox to display himself/herself as anonymous.
in this view: http://ibipot.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blockfinder - every "anonymous" user is actually a different user Smiley

here is proof, as much as I can show it.. beginning of each anonymous is different

Hi all,

introducing an experimental exchange service between MediterraneanCoin and DogeCoin!!!

http://faucet.mediterraneancoin.org:8080/interchange/

For the moment, use very small MED and DOGE values!!!

You need to register one of your MED address and one of your DOGE address.

Go to Register page:
http://faucet.mediterraneancoin.org:8080/interchange/faces/register.xhtml
and input your addresses and write down your exchange addresses and start trading, by sending coins to the provided addresses.

The MED/DOGE trade price is calculated by the MED/BTC trade price on http://www.atomic-trade.com and the DOGE/BTC trade price on http://www.cryptsy.com (so the exchange price is actually formed on other exchanges).

The fee for the exchange is 0.2 %.

If the MED or DOGE reserve goes very low, the coins you send will be sent back to your wallet's addresses.

Again, use with caution and only with very small amounts of coins, as we develop/fix the service.  Smiley

and we are here to provide support, of course  Wink

We certainly appreciate all the work but I am truly fearful we are doomed here. 1 person with 65% of the network hashrate is no good at all. We need media attention whether it involves you speaking at a convention or we start to get some articles written. Something has to change.

I cannot express enough how beneficial it would be for you to speak here

http://www.mediabistro.com/insidebitcoins/new-york/?c=bcoinnyelmb

people need to learn about MED.

we will get on coindesk and elsewhere, don't worry  Wink

also regarding http://www.mediabistro.com/insidebitcoins/new-york/?c=bcoinnyelmb

we can send one of us to speak, if the community funds just the basic costs (airplane+hotel+subscription to the event),
a rough estimate could be 2-4 BTC. If there is sufficient interest by the community, we can start arranging right now  Smiley

the other idea we have been having for some time, is to host a similar event in Europe  Wink
interested to hear everybody opinion  Cheesy

Wonder if script could be made that automatically votes for MED 5 times every hour. Kind of annoying to log in to mintpal so often! Ah well, put in 30 votes in the last 24 hrs

I think making a fountain that required a legit MED wallet address as well as another popular altcoin like doge and make it random whether it pays in doge or med would be a good way to get ppl interested.

by fountain, do you mean a faucet?
can you develop this some more?  Cheesy

Ha, ya thats what I meant.  Unfortunately I am not very technically inclined in case you couldn't tell. :p

ok, we are completing a thing which goes in this direction.... please wait some more....  Wink
