good morning - google translations
I can not mining - I have all proven
 you  know pool ?

thanks

For now only pool is p2ppool but is difficult to configure.

What problem with solo mining?

with 2 BEs i get maybe 1 block a day
it's been running for 1.5 days now and i'm with : avg:665.5 u: 0.00 Mh/s | A:0 R:1+0(100%) HW:34/.84%

so it's not doing anything...
waiting for a pool...

regarding the pool:
- p2pool is available (source code: https://github.com/mrtexaznl/p2pool), although the setup is for advanced users; we will post a tutorial about setup and use of p2pool.
We see that now mining with p2pool is more effective then solo mining (that is not strange, the reason is in the increasing network hashrate).
- php-mpos is complete (https://github.com/mrtexaznl/php-mpos); to the people interested in starting a mining pool: we can provide support to setup your pool, please get in touch with us.
- we are also speaking with some existing pools asking them to support mining with MED.

Hi all,
I've got a couple of questions about cgniner and bfgminer for Medcoin. I've been sucessfully mining for a few days now but there seems to be some inconsistencies (I think) with cgminer. I'm fairly new to the whole Cryptocoin scene and find it pretty cool...I just havn't been able to get things running as smoothly as I think they should.

My setup is as follows:
Toshiba Qosimo Laptop
Win 7x64
i7 cpu
16 Mb Ram
Antminer U1

I can get it all working with cgminer 32 and 64bit but the Hashrates swing between 1.4Mhs and 150khs...It won't find a "Sweet Spot" and deliver a constant hashrate. Is this normal? I notice that my CPU is also only loading up between 1 and 8%....no more. I am using the new Java jar with the -a command ("C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -jar mcproxy.jar -a) it seems to be working but not really loading up my CPUs.
Does this mean that 1 Antminer is really using so little of my processing power? If I add more Antminers, theoretically they will then put more load on the CPU? Or...is something not correct in the setup?
My Command line for starting cgminer 3.9.0 (32bit) looks like this:
(cgminer -o http://localhost:8080 -u *my login* -p  *my pass*  -T)
The Command line for cgminer 3.10.0 (64bit) is exactly the same.
I like using the 32 bit version better because the text in the Command prompt window doesn't constantly roll and I can see the hashrate better. I have the same fluxuating hashrate with both versions. I tried the exact same setup in another Laptop with an i3 Processor (Win-7x64) and the hashrate fluxuates the same as the i7.

As for bfgminer, I can't get it to work at all...It looks as though you can do a lot more tuning than with cgminer, but like I said, I can't get it to run. The command line I'm using for bfgminer is as follows:
(bfgminer --submit-stale -o http://localhost:8080 -u *my login* -p  *my pass* -Q 0 -S all -T --verbose)

I have DL'd the correct modified miner versions as per the links in this thread and the Med.coin Website. Any info would be appreciated.

many Thanks and Happy Mining,
Rick
