Is it just me or there is some problem with smartmixer. I have failed to go past the stage of order details. Whenever i click on the continue button, i get the error indicated in the picture

Some time ago i used this service.
I was interested in the option "Stealth Pool" on this site, I used the service for the intended purpose, the amount is certainly large for me >30,000 USD, given that the fee for this operation is from 4 percent.

I completed the order and after some time received my payment minus 4-5%
percent of my amount, but I went to the blockchain explorer and returned a few transactions up to establish the source of payment, there was no limit to my wondering, my deposit transaction from the withdraw transaction was a chain of 5 transactions, in fact, mixer paid me 100% of my funds back that I deposited to them.

After I contacted the support service in an impudent manner, they completely returned 4% of my costs to me back, but before that they asked me to delete a message from this thread where I indicated only that the support does not respond 12 hours to my ticket.

From their words they say there was a failure, I do not believe in their words.

I WANT SIMPLY TO WARN USERS THAT THIS SERVICE HAS A RESERVE OF MAXIMUM 1-2 BTC, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING IT. They will simply deceive and scammed when they receive an amount greater than mine, $30,000 is not enough for them.

In confirmation of my words, I will provide a user with a good reputation in this forum a letter of guarantee. Only he must confirm that the letter is correct, and the connection between deposit and payment of 100%, do not publishing my addresses and other information.

How can you avoid a return of same coins when no data is saved?
As mentioned, we do not save any data in our database, such as deposit and withdrawal addresses or transactions. Such information is only used as long as is technically necessary to complete a transaction and is automatically deleted after. To ensure that our users do not receive the same coins they have mixed earlier, Smartmixer uses a One-Way-Encryption process with hashing operations.

Different parameters will be utilized in order to calculate the hashes. The result of the one-way-encryption algorithm will be assigned to the smart code and cannot be deduced from our deposit address. Therefore, the smart code should be entered before each mixing operation.

Additionally, we assign our users one of several pools for each transaction. So, whenever the user has been already assigned a specific Pool for a transaction, he or she will receive withdrawals only from other pools of the same category that are managed internally in our system. Thus, we guarantee the highest security in just two steps and without loss of anonymity. Our users never receive the same coins mixed before with our service.

I have used your service to mixer my coins for a couple of times. It was a nice experience and the whole mixing process was smooth without any huddles. I however have a question of the Smartmixer code.

It's a good tool to avoid getting back your old coins but now since it's said that all the mixing data logs are deleted after 24 hours. How are you able to connect the Smartmixer code to specific previous and future transactions?

Won't the Smartmixer code compromise anonymity and be used to connect transactions just in case things go wrong at one point?

Mixing Strength Meter is still not showing anything that can be useful for your customer. If fact it is misleading. It think that it would be better to delete it.

Already posted to warning people here and reported to here. You have to subscribe Dnstwister when scammer made similar smartmixer, it will alert into your email and you have to take action.

The withdrawals from gambling sites or services where the fees are very low or free are usually approved in batches by the service so when you have to do such a withdrawal, you have to put it in mind that it may take more than 24 hours therefore it's wise to first withdraw into one your personal wallets where you can control the transaction fee before sending the bitcoin into the mixer with the optimal fee.

Otherwise, it's great to know that things worked out for you without any complications

I think it was my fault, I directly withdraw from gambling site which is their transaction fee for withdrawal is free. Fee is free so I should expect that my withdrawal confirmation takes too long.

I'm not saying its your fault. I'm just thankful for this kind of service of your Smartmixer.

I understand that to proceed mixing i need to accept this point but is there any way to get back bitcoins that arrived to address later than 24h? Sometimes extraordinary things happens (like casino/exchange proceed delay) and i don't see that in TOS.

It's my first time to use this website. And I'm nervous because my bitcoin deposit is not yet confirmed even one confirmation after 24 hours. An hour later my order ID already deleted on their website. I'm not expecting anymore to receive my bitcoin because 24 hours is already done. But when I check my wallet the total amount after mixing is already there. I'm happy because I already received my bitcoin. Thanks for the service smartmixer.
