Sorry for the lack update, this was received from the consultant today. We are trying to get this done but weibo requirements are just pain in the ass, we have been doing verification throughout this week and still no much luck than confusions Embarrassed

These services are just available for certificated weibo accounts(both individual and company) (not related with developer account).
It's not available for normal accounts.

for get certificated, individual account should have an avatar, bind the mobile phone number,at least follow 30 users, at least 100 followers, and at least 2 certificated friends(follow and followed).
