I think people looking for price to regain the lost ground will need to wait a bit, it is all the market that is bleeding including modt recent ICOs

maybe, but SONM is a no future project too

no future? lol
Of course SONM has no future. Nobody needs access to cheap computing power. Especially not all the researchers in academia that have to wait months to get very brief access to super computers.

plus it'd be terrible to have practically free world wide wifi, a laptop capable of making money when you don't use it, global energy sharing, data processing at the speed of light, dividends for shareholders, ... I'll just stick to my good ol' Windows 95 thank you very much
Windows 95? Damn hipsters. DOS or bust. Agree with the rest though.
what microsoft is now taking out of security from windows XP and this man is still stucks in windows 95 Shocked
tech is changed now a days everyone needs more speed and good platform where people can get speed
and i think its sonm network mining with fog computing
don't worry sonm team will soon get rid of every thing in this project and when some miner need supercomputer for mining he will easily access through SONM project
I don't think people will mine other coins through SONM. After all, someone would have to rent his hardware and it wouldn't make sense to rent your hardware away for less than the profits that you could make through directly mining yourself. And nobody would pay a premium for mining with someone else's hardware, since they would make more profit by mining themselves.

SONM is more something for rendering, compiling, training neural networks, etc.

What you say is completely logical, but then... genesis mining, nice hash ...
Well, I suppose there's always going to be some people who have no idea what they are doing. But the biggest use cases of SONM are unlikely to be outsourced mining.

Golem breaking out should cause an increase in value of SONM, do you guys agree?
It could. I don't think we'll see any major movements until the Bitcoin hardfork is over though. Maybe something small before November or in early November, but I can't see anything big happening.

We expect wallet and marketplace. Several high-level specialists have joined the SONM development team. And we have a lot of new conferences Smiley

Would it in theory be possible to connect SONM with my phone and remove the processor so in theory i can have a phone using sonm processor instead of natively?

Greetings!

To offload computing tasks from phone to SONM the realistic approach is to use phone apps or web apps, that use SONM as a back end. But you cant offload phone CPU away from phone, because some CPU will have to launch a browser, where you will authenticate to WiFi network.

Best regards (stay tuned)

That is possible in theory, yes. Since the computing happens on the SONM platform you'd just need to get the computed results to your phone. However, I don't know if this would work for "games" or anything like that due to latency.

It's lucky that the bitcoin fork has made sonm prices cheap, it means we can all stock up again as there won't be another chance to buy at these prices in future.

I think so this is another good chance to pick few more token into that duration. I.m pretty price will go more higher this time something big is going to release very soon.

SONM was one project I fall in love with the day I read about the project and I did all I have to do to get into the ICO, but one lesson Ilearnt about the project and ICO is that valuation is very key, I'm here in this space to make money that is the primary goal the rest is secondary, any project that is over-value I will always leave it and wait for it to find its price floor.
If you exited SONM you've failed your evaluation.
