Went there that's how I saw it was mined and sent, but I was informed it wasn't withdrawn from.

why do you know that you did not receive a bonus? how can you check this? was the ICO price per coin fix?
By the time the BTC transaction was confirmed, the ETH/BTC rate on Kraken was 0.140, while the ICO was about halfway, so I expected a 5% bonus would apply.
I should then receive X / 0.140 * 2824 * 1.05 SNM, where X is the amount of sent BTC.
Doing the math backwards from the amount of SNM I actually received, I find a ETH/BTC rate of 0.1432 (2% worse than the real one) and no bonus at all.
