Guys you gotta use division!

The rate is 2824 SNM for 1 ETH.

I sent 405 ETH and can see I received 1,315,278 SNM.
Base rate = 405 * 2824 = 1,143,720.
Then * 1.15 (15% bonus) and that is 1,315,278 which matches my Eth address.

So just do thiss:
1) Multiply your ETH sent, by 2824 (official SNM-ETH rate, find it on ico.sonm.io)
2) Divide your RECEIVED SNM by the number in step 1 (in my case answer is 1.15, so 15%)

if you sent BTC then you need to know the rate that the BTC went to ETH first! There you go

holy crap just only 5 % while i participated in first 5 min , that was so fast

Easier way is take the base

base = coins you sent * 2824
Then take coins you received back / base

So in his scenario it would be 1315278/1143720 = 1.15 or 15%

At the moment our team is working on the issue with BTC and altcoins deposits. Due to the Ethereum network lags, BTC and altcoins transactions data are still being processed by the network and ICO smart contract.

first I wanted to deposid with btc and you have to enter you eth address where SMN is send to, so I filled in my wallet address from my ether wallet. but then I changed my minded and wanted to deposid with eth. I was chatting with a friend at the same time and in my head I gave my eth adrress where I wanted the SMN to be send to and thought oh I can now directly send from exchange cause they send my smn to the myether adress I allready gave up. The reason that contract address have less more Ethereum as opposed the total tokens sold because people also contributed through other currencies + the presale. I guess there are some people that still couldn't get their coins with investing through btc. When they are done too, all tokens should be sold.

My transaction was confirmed over 13 times in BTC blockchain, and it was showing in SONM website!

No tokens so far in that address also.

Did you try to look at myethwallet?
