At this moment it is hard to reach at any conclusion what is going on with this upcoming crowdfunding campaign. At site counter is telling there is 1 hour and 17 minutes to token sale starts. I would keep watching site as well as this main topic to catch more information and updates to see where it takes me in next hours. I am just watching right now and waiting for more to come out.
can we invest ether direct from exchange or local wallet is a must? i read ico rules etc but i did not find any info

I've been following this project for weeks and had planed on investing this morning. I had my wallet loaded up, but the escrow insanity was the final straw and I won't be investing.

- The interview videos are unprofessional and give vague details about the project, along with uncomfortable silences. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IewRkEv6IHQ
- The marketing videos promise the world on a platter with next to no details (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OS-BxuVRyy0). Huge pans of the world but no substance.
- The aforementioned association with https://icopromo.com . I hate asking this but why are so many huge ICOs coming out of Russia?
- The weird and seemingly uncaring attitude toward pre-ico people. The math just didn't add up and it seemed sloppy
- PULLING THE ESCOW. My god, having 3 owners of the company hold the escrow keys IS NOT AN ESCROW. Doing it behind the back of a trusted escrow and the users is the biggest red flag I can think of
- The responses to being found out regarding the escrow are unprofessional and unconvincing.
- The IMMEDIATE posts of vague support, also in broken english, after anyone posts valid points of concern.
- My conclusion: These guys want to make millions, spend a few months to a year half-assed building a platform while funneling funds, then suddenly will run out of money. No one will know why, and they'll be really "apologetic", but our money will be gone.

It looks like they do not want to mess with US government in case if SONM team decides to deceive investors. Like TAAS. All these schemes are the same. Dividends to SONM token holders will be allocated as a percentage from the network fees

Good start is half the success
Nobody owes anything to the project to give anything to it, vice versa, and such an important decision as investing the hard-earned money, ie "decide its a good project or bad", should be made beforehand.
I would stay calm and do more trades instead of waiting what the time tell me about the SONM
Promising idea behind the project. IF only the ICO was handled more professionally. I'm still investing but a lot less than usual! 
i like their decision.

Whether or not the sonm project is a hoax, the team really has no power
I think some people are not ready to start any business yet, my feeling is somn is runned by a couple of teenagers.
The way they handled the pre-ico really unprofessional, didnt even send ou a blog post or anything.

i was to late with bancor ico because mt eth take long time ti arrive in my wallet at that moment so i do not take risk with this , my wallet is filled and i am waiting 2 hours and 9 min. to invest
One of my friend asks me if there is a cap for one ETH address. I think he maybe want to buy more than 100 ETHs tokens. Anyone who know?
