Actually this is not really a bonus if you considere that the all in all distribution stays the same percentage of all tokens then, if you compare to the case of burning the unsold tokens. You just have a bigger supply on the market then. I would prefere to burn the unsold tokens to keep the supply more limited in the end.

I second that Cantdecide, less available tokens does make a more valuable coin.
For example : having 5000 tokens worth 2 dollar each , or 1000 tokens worth 15 dollar each...

That is correct only if there will be any of 30 000 000 tokens from the first round left. If they will be sold in 12 hours the first round will end after the 12 hours.

Since tokens are priced in eth how you'll handle dct/eth price? When I looked on coinmarketcap I really don't remember if there was a conversion in eth
I think it was said sometime before that dct/eth price before the event will be taken as basis, correct me if I'm wrong..
The price will be fixed as an average of last 24 hours from (i think) three exchanges. We are currently preparing a blog post about SPHTX distribution in which we also mention the conversion rates.

No, it is not. Module trade is focused on trade between companies. We are focusing more on better cooperation thanks to their business systems. But there are much more differences. I would say that there is more differences than common things. One of the common things is that we are both focusing on B2B market.

I need to collect some more airdrops because the tokens I have now, I am kind of attached to. A handful of Sophia TX will not satisfy me here. Can we get some kind of blow-out final hours sale SophiaTX? 75% off for the last hour of the sale?
There won't be any "blow-out final hours sale" but if there will be some unsold tokens left, they will be redistributed to the current SPHTX TGE participants according to their SPHTX stake.

Tokens will be redistributed after the TGE ends to all participants. It doesn't matter in which round they will buy their tokens or from which round will the tokens left.
Thanks for your quick reply. I really like your idea to distribute unsold tokens to all participants of the TGE. That is just another incentive to buy during the TGE and don't wait for the tokens to be listed on exchanges.

KYC can take just a few minutes but if you do not pass and you want to appeal it can take much more time - up to 48 hours. It is always better to do it ASAP just in case
