Why am I wrong? No bounty - no dumping. And the fact that early investors with large bonuses sell their tokens after the ICO and lower the price is inevitable. I also do not intend to sell these tokens before they are exchanged for new coins. And then it will be advantageous to keep these coins in wallet, since they will generate new coins.

No. There will be only information about submitting of goods and services and the recipient will be triggered to download the all details from off-chain. There will be stored the link in blockchain, where to find these details and all of them - in blockchain as well as off-chain will be encrypted.

As they dont do any Bounty campaing for this ico I would say 1200 members is a fairly good result. Dont know what is behind the decision though.

Dev wrote something like that they decided for other marketing activities because they are aiming at serious investors who understand their B2B project and not bounty hunters who don't even know what SAP is. From their point of view quite comprehensible.

Then yes they have bonus for TGE participants/TGE investor (cheaper price).

As far as I know there were not any large bonuses. Only a little and dumping the token will not bring much profit.
