Personally, I am not optimistic on this. Not sharing the road map due to such a limitation is not reasonable. Every successful project has a public road map and this project should be same as them. I don't know why other ICO's have not this limitation.

Quite interesting, even if there is no ICO from the project. They keep making so many topics on their blog without even caring the claps or the audiences.
In some projects, it is possible to do without even conducting the ICO itself. It all depends on the project idea and investment.I do not think it can exist without an ICO. This is a very important process in the development of any project. it affects, that the team collects the appropriate capital for further development.
