I have a card with you that I did not use for a while but it also did not have any balance in it since the terms said that no money would be deducted from the card for the monthly fee if the fee was zero. Now by reading this I understand that I will be deducted for all those months at which my balance was at zero. Is this correct? If so, then why wouldn't an individual customer just get rid of that card and buy a new one, since it would already be a smaller price? If you never load your card, your fees will not be deducted. Fees are deducted only when the card is loaded.

Check your card statement, if no funds has been taken from your card.
Then the most likely your card has been blocked by bank and you will need to verify it to be able unload any funds..
