Beware of those crooks
They will ask you to deposit crypto first. Then you'll need to sold them. Then when apply for card they will ask to verify account, provide photo of selfy with documents etc..And then you will be told that you cant get a card because your country is not supported, if not Sepa.
They should say this immediately upon account registration when providing details of residence. I don't know what they are trying to accomplish with this. Suppose they want to take fees first.

Hi do spectrocoin now only accept customer from SEPA country only now? or not provide any new card now?? since when after register i cant go to card tab, whenever i click on card tab there isn't any respond

Hello, our card is currently only available to European territory users, however, we are working on a worldwide solution and will have more news soon.  Also, we accept worldwide clients as we have multiple deposit and withdrawal methods some of which are supported worldwide.

I have some problems when I try to buy Amazon Gift Card using ethereum. The transaction seems ok but the status remains on "new".
If I use bitcoins it's all ok.

At the moment Amazon voucher purchase with ETH is temporarily unavailable, but purchasing with other currencies should work.

Ok, I used your internal exchange to convert my ethereum to bitcoin and then I bought the voucher without any problem.

You can withdraw only EUR currency to bank at the moment via SEPA.

I asked Spectrocoins support if I would get Bitcoincash when bitcoin forked in August previous to the fork and was told yes I would. I asked them here in the forum and they said yes I would. I did not move my bitcoins because of this. After the fork no bitcoincash was given and when I contacted support they told me that they did not support any opther version of bitcoin. I asked in the forum and they then edited their post saying yes to no, they dont support it.

Since then I have moved all my bitcoins from Spectrocoin and will not continue to use their services.

I advice you to find another less scammy solution.

That's true I think. I also got this message. And few days ago someone hacked my Spectrocoin account. But hacker wasn't able to make any bad activities, because I only had some Bankera tokens there. I changed my password immediately.

Hello, it is true. We suspect a potential system breach that possibly affected only the general user data. Your password information should be safe however we strongly urge changing the password for security purposes.

We are having temporary issues with cards due to our card provider. Should be solved shortly.
