Spells of Genesis publisher proposal: All4Games

| Dear SoG supporters, Today we have some very exciting news to share with the community and we need your feedback. We previously mentioned we are in discussion with All4Games, they are a new videogame branch from the television broadcast company Channel 4, one of the biggest TV network in the UK. It’s a half private and half public British firm. They reached out to us to endorse the role of publisher for Spells of Genesis. Publishers in the gaming industry are responsible for product development and marketing, including market research and all aspects of advertising. They usually have more money and more reach than developers. They usually have big marketing budgets and/or a broad network to push the product. In our case All4Games are not committing to invest money directly in customer acquisition but will be offering their communications channels which have a lot of reach, especially to the “non-bitcoin”, mainstream gaming community. All4Games is pretty new to the game publishing business but they succeeded to have one of their games, Super Arc Lite, featured by Apple which is the holy grail of visibility. Publishers usually play a big role in the revenue making of a game. The terms of their participation are on a revenue share model and details are as follows for the game income and the deriving product income:
Taking the above in consideration, EDS (us) will have to share up to 25% of the revenue. Seen that we burn 50% of the BCY income, once we join this new deal, we will have 12.5% less burn. We want to ask you the following question: “Should we accept the deal and collaborate with All4Games, who will become our publisher?” Our take on this We recommend to vote yes for the following reasons:
