| On June 22nd, an event entitled “Nova Crystalis: Discover the Future of Blockchain” took place in Geneva. The organizer, Swiss game studio EverdreamSoft (EDS), is the creator of Spells of Genesis (SOG). SoG is a mobile game combining principles of classical trading card games, such as strategy and deck collection, with some arcade aspects. What differentiates Spells of Genesis from other games available on the market is its linking to the blockchain technology. From “True Ownership” to “Digital Craftsmanship” Spells of Genesis allows players to have true ownership of their digital assets through the bitcoin blockchain. SoG places some cards on the blockchain and thus gives them some properties of physical items. Like physical cards, blockchain cards in Spells of Genesis can be used in the game, but also given, exchanged or traded outside of it, on the blockchain. However, true ownership of digital assets is just the beginning of EDS’s vision. EverdreamSoft wishes to go far beyond easing exchanges between peers. In his speech, Shaban Shaame, CEO and founder of EverdreamSoft, introduced the concept of the “digital craftsmanship”. Digital Craftsmanship Shaame’s idea of digital craftsmanship is based on three pillars: Crafting - Sharing - Uniting. Crafting Thanks to a new platform code-named “Nova”, anyone will be able to express their talents and benefit from the expertise of others. For example, a piece of music, a code or any other item can be placed on the blockchain, which will guarantee its scarcity and authenticity. We call those items “digital crafts”. In Spells of Genesis, players will be able to create their own game levels or characters and share them with others. |

| Sharing These digital crafts can be given, exchanged, or sold. They can be used as rewards, and implemented for example in a loyalty system. Uniting Digital crafts can also be combined and used to build new crafts. Shaban illustrated his idea with the example of a chocolate bar: you need cocoa, milk and sugar to make one. In the digital sphere you’ll also be able to combine several “ingredients” to craft a new item. In Spells of Genesis, you will be able to use a drawing of dragon with a level background created by your fellow players and unite them to craft an original game level. |

| Implementation We’re currently gathering feedbacks and polishing the “Nova” model. While still refining our business model, we’re going to implement a prototype into Spells of Genesis by the end of 2017. Then, in 2018, EDS will start building a multi-chain platform, integrating at least Bitcoin blockchain and Ethereum in the beginning. Moreover, BitCrystals holders will benefit from the platform and its implementation. BitCrystals will be directly or indirectly integrated in the “Nova” platform. We will publish further details about the business model and BitCrystals implementation in due time.
