Do they accept Bitcoin ?

8.7 BTC (delivery is included - shipping to UK) -- Total $5,360 -- with import tax (depending on your country) - VAT = $6,432 (UK)

This deal is pretty good Americans considering there is a free trade agreement between Israel and USA, rest of us are pretty screwed...

Do they accept Bitcoin ?

We happily accept Bitcoin (via BitPay) - just do a check-out with default payment method, and you will get the option.

(We will add a clarification text for this soon).

Where´s Spondoolies factory located? Occupied ground?

Hi JointDoctor,

Our offices are located in Kiryat Gat, right between the Intel Factory and HP's offices. We're also using the services for Flextronics who are located in Migdal Ha'emek.
Neither of which is in disputed territory.

Oh...nice.

Who said it was impossible to do that sort of design density?

7.5 Gh/s per chip sweet spot. Hmmm isn't this the AM2 chip that was 40nm?

Run a Bitcoin node.
These units look like they are mountable in a 19" rack, can you confirm this is so? If so, do we need to buy anything additional (like rails or a shelf)?

If this is going to be an in-stock rack-mount system then I'm interested. Looks promising!

I look forward to the reviews from the respected forum members.

We are very happy to announce the sale of the first power bundles!

Should we have prepared more of these?

This looks great, and I'm glad to see other nations getting involved instead of just china. I just wish more companies would have more affordable options for the poor folk like me. I hope it goes good and cant wait to see the reviews!

Wow.  You guys probably have a horde of people waiting for these to be reviewed by trusted members.  The simplicity of the design is...  BRILLIANT!

Nice to see cgminer driver code up on a public repository as well. Clean up the patches into a neat low impact small set for a push to mainline cgminer for the best long term support to best benefit from cgminer improvements.

Thanks for suggestion, and thanks for the great contribution to the community with your project!

This is in our immediate TODO list, together with rest of the open-source software, once we ship out the sample units.

Fist of all, I would like to say that I am thrilled to bits that they chose MinePeon as the base OS for their miners!  It is free and open source and anyone is welcome to do so.

Actually we only used the UI (which is great and easy to work with), that said we certainly will be looking to review a fully compatible OS version from you, once you get your sample unit! Smiley

Will anyone explain to me the PSU issue? I see that in the video there is only a PSU of 1kW, but the unit needs more juice.

Reviews by Bitcoin industry leaders and Bitcointalk community respected members
The SP10 samples are being shipped these days to following partial list of respected community members for the reviews:
•   Jeff Garzik
•   Gregory Maxwell
•   Ron Gross
•   dogie
•   ShadesOfMarble
•   MineForeman
•   Israeli Bitcoin Embassy

The SP10 starts shipping on March 25th! Actual orders (and not “pre-orders”) are available right now!

Can anyone from this list confirm that they have received a tracking number for their units?

The 6th on that list is me (Neil Fincham).

As to your question, from my understanding they are about to be shipped and no, I have not received a tracking number yet.  As soon as I do I will report back though, and be sure I will be doing a full write-up on mineforeman.com.

Neil

Edit: I have to say, it is very refreshing to see a bitcoin manufacturer design, prototype and build a mining system before they take it to market.

Are we able to hook a standard 1300W PSU or higher?
Not trivial. We'll look into it. We'll publish details about the Emerson PSU we're using.
Waiting for the tracking numbers before thinking about an order or not.
I believe you're thinking about it right now. Deciding is something else...

Actually i have decided and i know that i want to buy, but i need to know what can happen to a PSU that draws too much power and how long will it last and second of all i need to have just a bit more proof/faith.
