Can you post a new bootstrap please? After loading the posted bootstrap getcheckpoint remains at 13903 even if it syncs to whatever chain it finds.

If you think you may be on a fork, do getcheckpoint in debug console window. It should return a VERY RECENT block. If it does not, you are on a fork
Is 15653 recent enough at this point?

cpu mining fail
Well it's SHA, so CPU mining will be rough competing against GPU and ASIC miners. Although, most big ASIC miners require a stratum server, so you may get lucky!
