No, you should have checked the source, it includes KGW (it's basically a darkcoin clone): https://github.com/stacycoin/stacycoin/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L1210
Other than that it seems that this project is not going anywhere.
ok then you can educate me as to why the difficulty is not adjusting per block then...
my understanding is the KGW is supposed to deal with huge spikes and drops in the hash rate more smoothly... this POS coin is doing anything but that.
so should I change my original statement and add the word "Properly" at the end?
