i don't think the project will work if the dev itself not communicating with the community, because the success of this coin relied from the investors and the community dev alone can't do anything unless he's planning to make a pump and dump coin just like many alt that has been created, much better if he showed up and let us now what is next thing to do or he's plan.

I just PM'd the dev.. I hate putting time and money into something and someone not doing their part. 
i hope you can say to all what will be the reply we are already waiting for some time he must be showing now here and informed us of what his plan and how we can help him to promote and make this project happen. i know trading is the first priority to attract investors but we wont able to have one since dev is not showing here.My priority is not exchange but the project it self. But dev not support his project and not answer our question. I hate putting time and money into something and someone not doing their part.

Any update from Dev? He's been on vacation for a week now. C-cex is a long shot, but maybe if enough people vote on it maybe someday it will be listed. Why don't dev just pay yobit 0.1 BTC. He'll get that back anyway once he dumps the dev fund. Lol 
another week again without dev updates, I think yobit is the best easy way to go and trade just needed to pay .1 btc and yobit will cater it and start the trading. will check and wait for another week for this
project.
