Keep holding storm and staking is the best option at the moment, there is no point in selling at the current price.

One of the reasons why I stake is while waiting for price STROM to at least touch the price of 0.1$ someday even though ATH happened 2 years ago. After I read the article their program plan was very good, I was lucky I didn't sell STROM tokens (because I was waiting for ATH prices). But after seeing their program I thought again to keep holding STROM and stake all the tokens I have.

I don't particularly think that will happen, hence the use of the word "hope" 
But once markets go haywire, people buy anything without really thinking about what it actually is. Nothing is impossible. I would not bet on it, though.
