Is it live? Has anyone found a block yet?
First 500 blocks have no reward. We are at 250 block 1 hour after launch.
Why would you say it's 1 coin reward for 200 blocks then do zero coin reward for 500 blocks? I'm not asking in a complaining sense because i'm going to stick around and be there for block 500. I'm just curious what good that does or what the thought process was to switch it? I thought the 1 coin reward seemed like a good fair way to launch.

reminds me of the old joke about the airplane captain telling people the flight will be delayed because one of the four engines has stopped working. As more engines fail, until only one is left, and bigger delays are announced, someone remarks to their friend "Well if the last engine goes we'll NEVER get there!"Diff will go down together with the hashrate, so time should stay ALMOST the same... (if everything works ;-))

I don't see why zero reward was even needed with KGW in place? On the few launches ive joined that had that enabled the difficulty has always adjusted rapidly anyway.

Maybe 500 was a bit too much. ^^
I am no fan of this zero reward system for the first 100-200 or even 500 Blocks... as already said, it makes the whole launch kind of boring..
It's a miners thing setting up the rigs, logging onto the pool and hash the blocks away while the diff is low, seeing lots of orphans at the beginning and seeing it flattening out later on... Getting those "big" rewards at the beginning..
