Hey, Do you build a centralized crypto PayPal or will it be decentralized and smart contract driven? That is what's going to happen anyway. If this is a fully centralized service I don't see it is longterm viability. Could you talk about your plans in that regard?
Hi there, Swarm will indeed be using smart contracts. The Swarm platform is a decentralized funding platform. Every SWM token holder is owner of Swarm in the end.
The most important thing to understand is that the goal of swarm of to be a full stack out of the box regulatory compliant solution for security tokens. All decentralized and owned by the community.

Hey there! Yeah definitely have a look at the Whitepaper and catch up on some articles on Medium. As for payment methods, you can open a wallet on Bancor with most visas and mastercards, if you don't already have ETH for example. SWM is currently available on HitBTC, Bancor, and IDEX to the best of my knowledge.
