When a deposit is sent to swisscex unconfirmed balance remains zero. However, those coins do appear on the transactions page as "type/ deposit".
Edit: Never mind it takes a few minutes to update.

In the meantimeyou can check your transactions by using the "check" function. https://www.swisscex.com/transactions/check. The developers will have the new deposit engine finished in the next few days. The latest version which we uploaded yesterday wasn't working as we expected.
