HOSTING SOLUTION

To follow up the announcement promise we are pleased to have now the NEW SWYFT active on the platform so you can fire up your nodes.

This hasn't been extensively tested so please bear with us whilst we iron out any kinks in the build or start process.

There are a number of changes coming to the platform (technically and asthetically) also that have not been completed yet, but we felt it necessary to get this up for those that want to build nodes quickly, so others with the technical knowledge don't get an advantage over your position

In Previous posts i mentioned that hosting will remain FREE against a community incentive at keeping at a price point. As we are currently waiting for exchange. This will start from the 1st of October 2019.

After much deliberation we have agreed this price point be at the price of $0.65cents USD

If the Price falls below this for a duration of over 7 Days once we are listed, billing will be switch on to return the Swyft asset back to the business as payment against the direct cash cost to the business to retain this service. The price of this will be communicated at the end of the week.

For now please feel free to build you nodes there are over 450 free IP's for you to test. Technical support will be offered tomorrow on issue, so please post to #swyft-host-issues for a speedy response on the project Discord.

Hi everyone. Here are some updates related to the ongoing swap from SWYFT (SATC) and FROST to the new SWYFT blockchain. Please note that since we are no longer branching from the PIVX tree, the process to create a new address is:

Create a receive address by either the debug panel or in the receive option - and pressing the request button. This will add a wallet address to your receiving addresses box in the File menu option

SWAP PROCEDURE

Once you have made sure that all your old coins are in a limited amount of transactions and you have a new wallet - Synced and new address created.

To swap your coins within the first two week with the automatic Swapper please follow the following link:

1) Select whether you need Frost to Swyft or Satc to Swyft
2) Generate seed and copy in box below and enter
3) Send coins to address provided
4) Paste TXID in box when sent and verify
5) A message will come up saying verified
6) Paste withdraw address from new wallet to receive calculated amount
7) Wait for message to say successful transaction

Notes:
Don't refresh page during process
Be patient and await the message against verify TXID and Withdraw only press once.
You can swap multiple times you just cannot use the same TXID twice once verified
Always check the sending address before trying again
Remember the penalty starts from Week 3 and swap ratio will change. It is in your interest to swap within the First 2 Weeks.

Any rewards received after the 22nd of September will be invalid and will be discounted from the manual wallet.dat verification

Latest updates for all on the new site and content work (from project team on Discord):
As we are looking to enhance brand building under the new merge there is a new website and content being delivered to aesthetically improve our offering to new investors and look like a multi-million pound (dollar?) business in what we aspire to become.

In this thought process, we found it prudent that we involve the community on what they look for in investing in a new coin alongside content they like to see. We didn't want to take an isolated approach to what we think is a more a rounded view, to include opinions from you all.

This is the main reason for creating the channel #community-web-content (on Discord). We will be incentivizing the adopted ideas alongside good will gestures in content pieces, graphic contributions, and overall time spent in helping completing this task

Adam  will be controlling the majority of the building process of the site, but we will all liaise with you in achieving a good discussion around great content building.

NEW WALLET and SWAP UPDATE

Hello all!

As you all know, we are creating a new wallet and blockchain for the SATC/FROST merge, and the new blockchain has been in testing with selected users for the past week or so.  I'm happy to report that this testing is going quite well, and we are nearing the launch of the new SWYFT coin!

Here are the remaining items to work out before we start mining the new blockchain:

1 - Creation of an ongoing public testnet
2 - Complete testing of governance and budget proposals
3 - Support for MacOS Mojave
4 - Completion of tools to automate building of wallet updates
5 - Finish customization of wallet GUI

We have also received some excellent suggestions for new features to be added to the wallet following the launch.  These features will be discussed and added to the roadmap as time permits.

With that said, we can now project that we will launch the new blockchain within two weeks, and begin our swap from SATC/FROST to SWYFT on or around September 1st.  At that time, we will set the swap rates for both projects, and open registration on our swap platform.

We expect to announce the rules of the swap within a week.  The rules will be propagated via discord, telegram, email, blogs, and all of our social media channels, so please keep your eyes and ears open for specific dates and information.

Team is going through the punch list now based on early feedback from the iOS build. First fix was upgrading the free wallet to 10 coins from 3 which wasn't enough to get to learn the game. More to follow. Stay tuned.
