They can't buy all coins back for IPO price. You must understand this. They have spent the btc for development. Buying everything back now or putting a buy support would kill the coin Smiley SYS is done. GAME OVER.

The coin is almost finish before IPO, well done for you Grin

The price was too high to begin with man. Huge supply. That is why I didn't buy in during the pre-sale. Anyway. Good luck to you guys. SYS is over before it even started.

So people are aware, if the Syscoin developers do not deliver a working coin - we will be looking in to the process of investor refunds. It will be a pain in the ass, but it is within our capabilities.

We have requested an update from the Syscoin team, and made our disappointment very clear. A clear plan of action and timeline needs to be communicated.

In the interests of public transparency, 250 BTC was released purely for buy support (by request of the Syscoin team). It does not appear that this has been done however, and I am awaiting a response from Dan Wasyluk.

We will not be releasing any additional coins until all issues are resolved.

Are you a representative of Moolah? If so, good on you and good for Moolah's reputation - I'd be more inclined to sign up for Moolah-backed/escrowed ICO's in the future if that's the case.

Best-case scenario of course for the devs to simply own up to what they did and fix this so we can get everything back on track. If not, even a refund at this stage would be a loss - it would represent a loss of time at the very least. Time that buyers could have spent on other opportunities. Let's all hope it doesnt come to that, but it's up to the devs. It's in their court.

I am the CEO and Founder, I have the final say on any matter relating to Moopay LTD. Slex just happens to be my nickname :-).

Indeed, on our end it would represent a loss of time, money and even more importantly - reputation.

If we do have to go down the process of refunds, we can automate for the most part by sending out a unique form link to associated email addresses. I would much prefer this be fixed however.

on top of what has happened with this release the fact that there has been no buy support when this was stated from the beginning should be grounds enough to refund money to investors. you can't blame people selling out now as the price falls below stage 1 and 2 ico prices to protect what capital they have left.

Please understand that from our side, we cannot rush in to any decision (in either direction). We will be actively monitoring and reviewing the situation today, and have requested clarification.

+1 no matter how much I would personally support a team. I won't be supporting when a simple scrypt coin cant work the way it should. I sent coins like hour ago. still 0/6 confirmations.

Seems they're gone into a dark hole. I will rather be waiting for Moolah to refund us. Another half a month wasted for nothing. Thank you syscoin.

Syscoin could have hired me for 2 btc and I would have made a way better working coin. smh.

I could really do without it.
Sorry all I suddenly got nervous and panic by seeing all this and sold 1000000 half of my syscoin below price .

For your stupidness the price is going down.

Pleasure to meet you, sir. You've already made a good first impression based on how smoothly the fundraising was handled and how quickly you've responded to the situation now. Again, a refund would not be ideal. Ideal is for them to deliver what they promised.

But **certainly** the escrow should be retained until this investment community gets what it was promised by this dev team. It's an outrage what happened and what continues to happen.

Actually I was thinking to buy some syscoins, checked to source tree, while I have not opened the source files and I could be wrong, but it seems to me from the file names the coin is just an other litecoin fork. Where exactly is the innovation? Is the decentralized market place in the github source, if yes then in which files? If you don't mind please point it out so I don't have to go through on the whole source code to find your innovative features.

nice code

WTF, could you answer my question at all, where are the innovative features, I just don't want to start to go though on the source code if you know the answer and which source file I should look at it?

Guys... Reality check time.  You gave these Bozos $750,000... They aren't replying because they're fast asleep on the the duck down pillows they bought with your money.  Moolah aren't going to refund you dollar one.  They are also in it up to their necks.  The partnership was announced in the OP.  They promised you the world and you got a copy and paste coin with a few pretty videos.
they have been doing this for free so far and also shared source code, they deserve money for time invested, i have faith in dev team and i'm sure they will deliver as they got finally paid for it. 1500BTC seems too much but there are investors not hesitating to invest 50btc in one coin so if it was even 10000BTC i dont mind, better for safer distribution,  and also this coin is meant to exist for years, i'm glad i invested, if price goes under ipo for a while i don't mind. Good luck dev team.

The source code in the github is just a litecoin fork.
No trace of their so called new features no nothing.

I'm sorry but that is just bullshit.  A simple install of the qq will tell you that. Since when did litecoin have the ability to create alias and sign contracts

99% procent of the code is litecoin. The alias feature you say...

Something pretty interesting:

Syscoin is OVER, no matter what happens next.

However Moolah might have great future, because they seem to handle this situation professionally. I hope they will keep their word and buy the coins for the ICO price from us. Thank you!

did the Moolah  promise will buy the coins at ICO price??
where can I find it.
