The market is full in Blockchain, total decentralization market place, Web is use as interface to interact easily.
Now imagine when it's complete and if some big investor use this to develop competitor for Amazon and Ebay.
Besides the fact Syscoin Market is decentralized, what other advantages does it have vs Amazon and Ebay?
Amazon and Ebay have their own offers... no sharing.. imagine NewBay which can take both of the offers off of ebay/amazon for free and list them on their website, charging a small fee through a payment gateway.
Today you have that via centralized API's that maybe amazon/ebay would let people use (probably for a fee)... or scrape websites which is stupid. Now if those API's were not 100% secure then your website would suffer.
You can create your own offers and share them to the world.. so anyone can see your offers on "their" marketplace websites if they think you would bring value to their site.
To add to Jag's info, using Syscoin's marketplace is a no-brainer for any merchant.
The last time I sold stuff on e-bay, it cost me about 12-13% just to sell (3% to paypal, 10% to ebay-if you want the add to stick out). That's huge, if you normally made 20% profit on a cash transaction sale, that means that you would only make 7% with ebay. Since the marketplace is on the blockchain, Syscoin fees are negligible and are only to run the network (like bitcoin but much less expensive).
Also, there's so many things that you cannot do with Paypal for example:
-Items that are considered obscene
-Sexually oriented materials or services
-Weapons (even though their sale may be fully legal where they are being sold)
-Purchases of real property, annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance debts
-Money Service Business activities: the sale of traveler’s checks or money orders, currency exchanges or check cashing
-involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes unless the operator has obtained prior approval from PayPal and the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law.
-Etc, etc, etc...
See Paypal's acceptable use policy, most credit card providers have similar policies:

Very low fees is also an enormous advantage of decentralized markets vs Amazon and Ebay.
But the conversion fees fiat/crypto and cryto/fiat (which veries from 5 to 10%) is somehow a burden for vendors and buyers to my opinion.
Also the exposure to millions of buyers on E-Bay is worth the 14% paid in fees. vs. the limited number of buyers in a decentralized market.
