When buying TKLN tokens during the presale, is there a minimum amount for purchase of tokens? For example 5 ETH or 10 ETH. I didn't find this information

How will this module work? Will any fund manager be able to place an advertisement about the gathering of funds for management with his own rules, taxes, dates and so on?
