We don't have a minimum amount of fees, Mandarin Exchange will be launched in any case.
Do you guys have a working demo or at least github page so we can see what you have done ? Or you start the work only after ICO ?
We have been working for several months! Now we are working on a distributed management system. Modules for add balance, withdrawal, trading functionality - ordering / withdrawal of orders, a personal cabinet with additional security measures, a margin security system, a cold wallets protection function is ready. The overall readiness of the project is about 60%.
What is this? An ICO to fund an exchange? Why not go through any conventional crowdfund?

Good project, will be a pioneer in the china market, because the growth of Bitcoin and altcoin users is very high, ICO will be quick success.

okay just noticed this,but no where does it mention anything of haveing a min of followers so how do you justify tokens with lower follower's or is the 500 a misprint
