The Wait for Grams: Why Telegram Might Just Cancel Its Public ICO
The average crypto enthusiast isn't likely to get their hands on grams - Telegram's crypto token - anytime soon.
While half of the ambitious $1.2 billion the messaging giant hoped to raise was supposed to come from an ICO open to public investors, recent SEC filings confirm Telegram has already raised $1.7 billion from two private sales. Now, sources with knowledge of the deal believe the company is likely to scrap its public sale altogether.
The reason? Raising money from the public could be way more trouble than it's worth.

It associate with telegram and think it will be worth holding into the bull.There are many TON on the coinmarketcap/congecko and has many channel to verify before investment. i think that they ico launch will be postponed because of the latest news we have been announced. today Telegram is going to be banned in Russia. no doubts, that will cause some issues with ico.

correct and many ico prefer to use telegram rather than using other platform. as we know, slack is so in demand last year but since there are scams going on with pms, so many choose telegram instead.
Medium isn't allowing crypto posts as of a few days back too. I am guessing you will see the telegram ICO advertised in a bigger way than anything we have seen yet. Possibly even Television commercials.... You will definitely see a massive bounty campaign like nothing we have ever imagined before lol

I'm afraid that this project will provide an opportunity to invest only for very large investors. This would be a logical development of events. Big money decides everything.
In any case, I hope that this ICO will give a big impetus to the entire market of crypto currency. At the moment this is one of the most anticipated projects of this year.

Sold out all tokens to "private investors" to make them more rich and than overhype their projects with users, whitelist and send them airdrop, So they will stay as "Fake community" with nucleus and buy from the whales when it hits exchanges. +1 , if the set a limit buy it's a proof to diversify ... but if they make a white list to .. for example +10.000 $ each investor ... whales are comming to drop @ exchanges. i'm right ?
