Ok, I think we got it...For Newbies like me. The snowgem.conf file that is created in Snowgem. Make sure it is a conf file and not a .txt. In order to do this highlight the snowgem.conf that you created and click the view tab, then check the box that says "file name extensions" Now make sure it does not say snowgem.conf.txt if it does rename file and take away .txt and then click yes on the next box that pops up. Hope it helps someone.

It’s snowgemd.exe, not snowgem.exe, or you can in stall Java and run SnowgemSwingWallet.jar

when I go to run snowgem.exe......windows can't find it or in cmd I get: 'snowgem' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
