Currently, we don't support windows 32 bits, please use another machine or upgrade your computer to 64 bits OS.

1. Show your extension file: http://kb.winzip.com/kb/entry/26/
2. Close your wallet
3. Rename "filename.exe.exe" to "filename.exe"
4. Open the wallet again
The wallet will be normally displayed.

3. Extract snowgemparams.zip to your C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming folder and rename entire folder to "SnowgemParams" (without quotes).
-The zip contains a folder called ".snowgenparams" *Rename this entire folder as stated above and place folder the Roaming directory.
4. Create new folder in C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming and name it "Snowgem" (without quotes)
5. Create snowgem.conf to snowgem folder (it can be empty)
-New text document and rename to the above "snowgem.conf" (without quotes). Verify it does not have ".txt" as file type.
as a rule, the error lies in the absence of the file "snowgem.conf". Perhaps you have it with the name "snowgem.conf.txt". Turn on display of extensions in the explorer.
