Are you sure that your protocol will be suitable for creation of the apps linked to card games? The process of generation of random numbers is thousand times more difficult in this case.

Some part of tokens will be sold in the secondary market before the exchange of ADA to SPX for sure. Will it be necessary to exchange them?
