Very valid point it was discussed before, best is to have at least 1 coin for staking and if split make sure you do not split it to less than 1 coin.

Is your wallet unlocked, if locked it will not stake?

My wallet is unlocked and I have 2 active connections

Wish I can give you an answer, the only other thing I done but that probably is not the reason was to close my wallet and opened it a little bit later.

If the wallet of all participants do not have the active stake means that the Dev must move the block of DPOs.
About 4 hours means that they can at least be 5 hours and no 12 hours.

Now after 317 confirmations and 6 hours my wallet not staking because I have not a mature coins

It means that if someone sends coins on your wallet now risks not having the coin mature before the block 11000?

In the OP there is written this: Time till coins mature: ~ 4hrs
(Actual maturation time may vary)
but ~ 4hrs can not be ~ 12hrs

People read what else is written in the OP to take its time for a possible purchase.
