how about a feature regarding margin trading:
It would be nice to close a long position by buying the bitcoins / close a short position by selling the bitcoins.

Closing a long/short position by selling/buying bitcoins has been possible since the beginning:
it's "hidden" in the "my margin positions" page, if you have "expert mode" activated;
user experience might not be at its best, I know, but the feature is there and will be
improved over time.
If by "kraken already implemented this feature" you mean "commission free closing of positions",
then it's not: in our case, you still pay for the trade. But we currently do not ask any fee to
maintain the position opened, so grab that while you can :-)

I don't mean the fees, I just mean the "cash out of margin positions", instead of the normal closing.
I just tried it at your exchange:
Opened a short position of 0.1 BTC at 407€/BTC with x3 Leverage.
What is expert mode? I went to settings and marked "Am I an expert trader (avoid warnings)?", but the https://therocktrading.com/en/positions page does not change?
How to chash out now? Hitting the "X" at "action" seems to be the normal closing.
Maybe it is possible at https://therocktrading.com/en/funds/BTCEUR/positions/463 , so at the specific position page?
By the way, this site is not displayed correctly:

I had to close the position now with a loss, because I was not able to find out how to cash out.
So please explain me step by step, how to cash out a margin position.
And also tell me how to to this via API
Another topic:
I wonder what is needed to sell shares at your exchange. Do I need a registered company? Or what are the conditions?
Edit:
Tell me when you saw the screenshot and don't need it anymore, then I will delete it.
Edit2:
I just noticed, that it may be you did not understand waht feature I mean. The best would be to just read the blog article from kraken I linked, if you are not sure what I mean by "cash out"
