I have 12 million tips and have a backup file of the wallet I sent it to, dident get it to sync the blockchain. wonder how to get a function wallet?

Only one active node too and it is not a regular TIPS node, "subver" : "/Euphoria:1.1.2/"
This network has no active nodes because wallets crashes when tried to create block > 1663999
exactly, I am running https://oldtips.poolto.be (very old Fedoracoin pool, up since end 2013) and i have same behavior.
Daemon crash while it find block 1664000.
Didn't find a way to fix it.
in daemon log:
2017-03-22 09:10:10 receive version message: /Euphoria:1.1.2/: version 70000, blocks=1664000, us=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:54920, them=120.55.68.251:44889, peer=120.55.68.251:44889
and it crash.

I haven't tried the fix yet but will later and will report back my results.Here is the link. Well, the reindexing with a command line for my mac [open -a FedoraCoin-Qt.app --args -reindex] did not work. After reindexing the wallet still stuck at block 1664000. Anyone have any ideas, solutions?

If Bter can take a deposit that mean they have no problem with the wallet, havent they?

But I see what you're getting at.However, I would be more than interested in making a new coin with you.I can't code or build a wallet though but I'm awfully good at writing and community relations and well social engineering to a point.We just need a good idea something that no one has thought of before even if the coin is just a fork of another coin it needs a mission and needs someone to care about it or it will die.

The wallet tries to count the existing supply to calculate next reward and crashes with that which was expectable and I warned a few times that this will happen.
The call to GetChainValue is the culprit here:

A new checkpoint could help to move a few thousand blocks before the same problem occures. IIRC you could add one or two checkpoints something like 10-50 blocks before current block and it should start going again for some time. Difficult task will be to calculate the supply at this block you checkpoint.
TBH the new TIPS also fails, but it fails more gracefully when calculating the supply and will just stick with 50k block reward for eternity.
It will be easy to make similar behavior in the old chain but there is one problem - BTER doesn't respond to any communications.
Sounds like another exchange I know of.

The fedora coin forked into two chains.The BTER chain and the regular chain.The Bter chain crashes at block 1664000.The old Pool to be site hasn't updated their stuff yet.The Bter people were contacted about fixing it but had refused.That's why there are 2 chains now.Who knows if they are going to fix it.Only time will tell I suppose.
