We don't have a minimum amount to launch, as we have an existing company with a new product called "Banking". We have a community that supports us now and we are developing . We have passed the idea stage, we have a product that can already give the business a solution for working with the payment script and functionality in the form of a payment service, we are now actively developing banking for a private client!
Amazing, so however much funds will be obtained later this project will continue, right. I only hope that if your project is the only banking project that can succeed unlike previous banking projects that failed a lot

Are all countries ven allowed to register to your platform?
It looks very pro but it seems like I can't get an email after registering there, I tried doing it again but I guess it restricts some countries. You are also saying about IEO but I have not seen the information about which exchange are you doing this.
Your IEO is in the process but you already have an ongoing promotion, it would only look you are unprepared for this. My issue is actually about registering on your website I was there to try looking into the system for maybe I can see details inside but it seems to restrict me from getting email registration. Cetan is actually a great name for a project, it's meaningful. Banking though doesn't' go along in this industry.
