Yes, from ICO's. Free listing is free, advanced will be paid. Our FAQ page is still work in progress, and we will share the link once it is live. We will not have whitepaper, as this is not an ICO project
Very well, we have to make-do, then. My next curiosity will be on your strategy against similar product, like EIDOO (I'm not associated with them at any degree). They're mobile wallet anf exchange that facilitate ICO through their ICOEngine. In several ways, mobile app that has multi purpose like them seems more interesting than your web based app?
First difference is that we do not require users to have our tokens in order to use our services. We will integrate all available and functional services that cryptomarket has to offer today. We are not inventing new wallets, payment processors, or ICO engines. It is a marketplace like many others, just for buying tokens. Think of it as something similar to Alibaba website or Booking.com. It will be a place where experienced investors and those that are first time investors can both have the easy access to all upcoming ICO projects, airdrops, bounties, and later on token auctions. They can share their thoughts, rate projects or add them to their watchlist. It is supposed to bring closer investors and ICO projects, and to have everything conveniently placed in one place
I don't think EIDOO require their member to have EDO before they can use their service? Eidoo pushed back their release date of exchange again, tho. Regarding other matters like new investors interacting with other professionals to review ICOs, I have two points for this.
1. (suppose that your project grew big and considered as a big reference site for ICOs by cryptocommunity) What will you do to prevent some scamming ico to create hundreds of new accounts and post fake review and shills for their own benefit?
2. Aren't there several independent entities who already do this? Rating ICO and giving reminders through emails for ICO dates? They have an advantage of being established long before you do, and more well-known. Any strategy to penetrate their market?
First of all, thank you for expressing interest in our project and asking all the right questions
1. Every user who wishes to post a review of an ICO project will first have to register on our website. We will have administrators who will monitor and sanction any suspicious activity. Similar rules for bitcointalk forum regarding posting will apply on our website too. Also, we will rely on community support as well, and we will review every report on any unusual activity. But, as you probably know, scamming activities will always exist, and that is why we strongly advise every potential investor to do his own research and to rely on his own instinct.
2. For now, our strategy is to position Tokens Marketplace as the only open marketplace for tokens, and the only place where users can pay directly with credit cards, find airdrops, bounties and share their thoughts on projects they like. Reviews are just one segment of the marketplace and since they are not done by professionals, but by users themselves, there is no need to advertise that as a premium feature of the Marketplace. In that way, we do not see well established rating portals as our direct competitors.
