When you find the ICO you would like to participate in, you just add its tokens (you set the ammount of tokens you would like to purchase) to the cart, and you will be guided to the payment page, where you will buy tokens with a credit card like you would buy anything else on the Internet. Once you make payments, your personal wallet will be generated where you will receive the purchased tokens, once the ICO is finished.
