These figures are on the official website Tombola. Undoubtedly, collecting soft cap is a good sign in difficult times when people are afraid to invest.

WHY IS TOMBOLA AVOIDING A CLEAR ANSWER AS TO WHY THE PROJECT HAS CHANGED AFTER TAKING FUNDS FROM INVESTORS?

OTHER POSTERS CLAIMING THIS PROJECT IS GREAT AFTER THEY CHANGED THEIR WHITEPAPER ARE COMPLETE SHILLS.

This is NOT how ICO's are supposed to be run and people pretending to have no connection to the project saying "things will be fine" have to be insane or shill accounts. You don't change the protocol mid-ICO and call it the same project.

The product LAUNCHING and then earning REVENUE would be a GUARANTEE for the investor.

The product isn't even clear (if one launches people can deposit on) because it was supposed to be an EOS product. They said ETH wasn't good enough for the product they wanted on EOS and now investors have to believe that their money is SAFE with an ETH project? Hell no.

This team is at least incompetent, if not completely shady.

Yes it is! But how did you know that they already exceeded their softcap? Well, there’s no question about it because a lot are interested on this project.

The softcap was reached with the EOS platform pre-ICO they had, the project isn't on EOS now in case you weren't aware. Have to wait for the team to wake up and see if they will explain why the project and whitepaper were edited with no notice to token holders and how they plan to compensate token holders who were mislead.

If it was necessary, they would have explained and paid back ETH they took from investors that don't want to invest in a completely different project.

They are currently raising 2500 ETH in ICO, while people currently hold their token from the Pre-sale ICO...when the whitepaper was different.

It was there job to tell people the project changed, they won't release a product if they are changing it in the middle of ICO with no notice... it is too weird. Stop the coin offering and launch a new ICO with the NEW whitepaper...that makes sense.

They raised money based on the EOS platform lottery they were planning to build... they are no longer planning to build that but they have investment funds from that project. The whole whitepaper was edited AFTER they raised the minimum amount, it's not the same project at all....

This is fraud.

If Tesla all of a sudden told shareholders "where's going to use gas engines," the stock would tank because that isn't what Tesla is about.

Tombola should offer to refund token holders who thought they were investing in an EOS based project, not edit their whitepaper and pretend this is the same project.

This is an example of why regulation in ICO's is needed. The SEC in the USA has been going over tons of projects that do shady stuff like this and Tombola is a great example of a bad actor.

That's not a minor detail, the whole project revolved around EOS and still the Airdrop shills claim "it's a great project" because the ICO caps are being met?

People are going to lose money that buy into this. It isn't even close to what the ICO was about.
